Ariel Hooping
I saw some pictures and it looks extremely fun. I've been thinking about trying to get into it. Anyone else thinking about it or wanna help me find tips?

Re: Ariel Hooping
It looks great I have to say. Bit I have no head for heights so I don't think I'll be anywhere near it!!
All I'll say is you probably need to have a lot of upper body strength and probably be quite agile!
If you do persue it keep us informed!!

Re: Ariel Hooping
Definitely looks like some fun stuff. I'm brand new in the whole aerial scene, so I don't have much information to offer. However, it might be helpful to note it's also called a Lyra or a Circeau, which might help you when searching for information.
I do know they come in a single tab or a double tab, and it's all depending upon what kind of an act you're doing. I think like, one is easier if you have a partner, the single tab obviously makes it easier to spin the hoop whereas the double tab will keep you in place. Etc.
Hope that helps a little, and good luck! It's so beautiful!

Gosh. I think I'll have to keep my feet on the ground. I have no upper body strength whatsoever. And I can't hang from anything for any length of time because the skin on my palms is so dry.
You'd better keep us posted, Trixie.![Smile](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Ariel Hooping
Well today I started training. Sadly I have very little upper body strength(I can do maybe five push-ups before I'm tired lol), and not a very lithe body. I heard small breasts are best for it so there's less weight shift and less to work around. I deffinitly don't have that going for me. Both are gonna be really playing against me but I'm determined.
Thankfully I have strong legs and abdominal muscles and that really helps.
I wish I had a way to rig a training hoop or something but I live in a apartment. I'll just have to do without for now.
I feel like my arms are going to fall off from all the weight lifting and push-ups I did today. lol
