Staff, anyone?

I can more or less do spinning, but contact.... eef. Must learn that.
My 'staff' is a metal broom handle with half-mousemats taped to each end (to stop the 'ow') and a sort of grip in the middle. For any sort of serious contact stuff, I'm going to have to get a decent one.
After contact, then comes fire.
And the fun.

There's a lot less hitting yourself in the face than with Poi, but it hurts a hell of a lot more when it happens. XD
