How to make your own Hula Hoop

I ran across this tutorial, and I tought it could be useful for some of us.
Since I still haven't found a decent hoop around here, I might just do this tutorial myself. The hoop I have now is too small and too light, it's great for spinning around my legs and arms but around my waist is a disaster.

On a more random note, I've found I'm able to spin the hoop aroiund my leg, type, and sip tea at the same time. If I hadn't needed my one remaining limb to stand on I'm certain I could've used it for something else.
